The Society meets on the third Tuesday of each month from February to October, in the Imperial Hotel, corner of Faulkner & Beardy streets, Armidale

Meetings commence at 5.30pm and consist of a short business session and a guest speaker, Many members stay on for a pub dinner afterwards .to socialise. Non-members and visitors to Armidale are very welcome to attend.

The Annual General Meeting is held in August.

On a Saturday in November a full day bus excursion provides members and interested visitors the opportunity to visit places of historical interest in the district.
